Keto week 1

Day one: November 18

seed cereal for breakfast

made bacon biscuits with flax egg and american cheese. Ate 3! and one half a piece of bacon on the side

Salad for lunch

small black bean brownie

Shared Jack's fancy lasagna bolognese (squash instead of noodles) for dinner from Colorado Springs  with 2 prunes
~50 net carbs

Day 2:
zucchini and onion hash (Depressed to realize later onions are not OK, especially after also learning yogurt isn't, either. ;()
eggs
biscuit from yesterday
half a small avocado
turkey bacon
kombucha
2 prunes

breakfast alone is ~31 net carbs and the recommended total is 20!! #notgonnahappen
Thank goodness I did this before and still had quick weight loss so I know my modifications aren't going to derail me.
