Christmas 2017, Keto-style!

Breakfast:
Crepes with lemon-sour cream sauce (sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla, stevia) and a few frozen raspberries on top. With bacon.

Dinner:
Meatloaf made with pork rinds (tried eating them, ew. This should be the best use for them) sandwiches on keto bread

But the BEST part was putting on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in over a year that are a size smaller. And being able to pull them off without unbuttoning! 😀
